What is the best length of time for a treatment?
- An hour is usual for Shiatsu or focussed body massage
- An hour and a half is best for full-body/Aromatherapy massage
- Half an hour is fine for Indian Head/ seated, over-the-clothes neck and shoulder massage

What is the best form of massage for me?
- The one you like best! Different kinds of massage are good for different kinds of conditions, and I'm happy to chat to you about that, but finally only you can say what works for you.

How often will I need treatment?
- This depends on what the aim is: if you want to work with a specific/ long-standing issue it's best to have an intensive course of five or six treatments, spaced one or two a week, then reviewing the work before deciding

How much does it cost?
- Standard rates for treatment: £55ph
(£35 for half an hour, £45 for 45 mins and £80 for an hour and a half; divisions of the hour are only available in some clinics, so please check).
- Six sessions for the price of five when paid in advance (£275 - £10 off each hour)
- Consideration can be given to those on low incomes, by arrangement
